Frederick Worsemao Armah Blay, popularly called Freddie Blay, is a lawyer and politician. He is a Member of Parliament in Ghana and currently serves as the First Deputy Speaker in the Fourth Parliament of Ghana. He is a member of the Convention People's Party (CPP). He is an Nzema.

Blay was quoted in 2008 as saying that he loved politics and that he would sell his own mother to remain in power.[1] In 2010 the Ghananian Lens reported that Blay had died due to an undisclosed illness, but Blay refuted the claim on a morning radio show.[2]
